Founded Amar’s Trusted Care LLC to provide families with dependable, personalized in home child and senior care backed by professionalism, consistency, and trust. Responsible for caregiver recruitment, client consultations, caregiver matching, scheduling, quality assurance, and ongoing family support to ensure every placement meets the company’s high standards of care. Committed to building a care experience where families feel supported, caregivers feel valued, and every client receives reliable, compassionate service.

Elham serves as our Care Team Lead, helping coordinate caregiver support, assist with onboarding and training, and maintain the high standards of care our families expect. She also serves as one of our primary backup caregivers, helping ensure continuity of care whenever unexpected staffing changes arise. Known for her reliability, compassion, and dedication, Elham is committed to providing families with dependable, consistent care.
